Seller sent a transmission that wouldn't mount up then sent a replacement that lasted about 100 miles then blew up. Now refuse to take the item back
I bought a rebuilt transmission and a torque converter from this shop. The converter didn't end up fitting for my car, and when I called the shop to let them know they promptly got me another one and even drove it to the repair shop where my car was (which was in another city, btw). Highly recommend!
Sold me a bad transmission online and made me pay shipping costs to return it. He blamed me for the transmission being bad and when i finally received the transmission back from him it was in worse shape than when i sent it back originally and again made me pay to send it back so he can blame me for the problem and then argue and refuse to give me a refund i eventually got my refund but i had to pay a lot in shipping a labor costs that i lost over $2000 and back in the same boat i was before i even bought the transmission
WARNING!! Do not use this company. we purchased a $1200.00 transmission with a $300.00 shipping fee. We decided to have it inspected by a mechanic before install. The transmission was missing numerous parts. When we tried to have it returned that is when the real nightmare began. Long story short, unless you want horrible service with email being the only way of communication (all calls are directed to an email address) this company is the one for you. Absolutely Horrible!!! I would leave a zero star review but I can’t
Terrible.
Bought a "professionally rebuilt " transmission with a one year parts guaranty from them . I had it installed by my transmission guy(20 year experience with trans rebuilds and repair) Two month later and under 3,000 miles later it failed,clutch plate pieces were in the fluid when it was looked at. Long story short they are making me pay for shipping and will not cover any cost for shipping. Total bullshit if you want to keep happy customers. Failed product and faild customer service.
