I highly recommend this shop for multiple reasons. 1. Transparency. The schedule and labor was disclosed, the quote and the follow up call for the courtesy inspection and costs. 2. Honesty. The owner disclosed the level of concern and timeframe of each issue rather than persuade me to repair, replace everything. 3. Cost. I feel that I wasn’t overcharged and we negotiated a fair price. 4. Appointment completion. What an amazing experience, no not my disabled vehicle, but the kindness and help you and your darling wife showed my daughter and I. Disabled vehicle on a Friday afternoon and you got it done. I TRULY appreciate your help. Only bad thing I can say is that they forced me to watch Price is Right for 2 hours, and I think I am now an expert on pricing groceries from the 80's. THANK YOU
Had a Dr. appt in Iowa City (12/10) and just past The Village Inn Heard a loud noise from the left rear but then went away. Check tire pressure came on and was going down fast. It's a helpless feeling setting at a stop light watching that! We made to Jiffy Lube and pulled in there with the tire flat. They aired the tire but was leaking bad, so they put our spare on with no charge and called Fuzzy's for us and set up a time to fix the tire. My Dr. appt was at 10 and we made it there.
