We had to ask them to move heavy furniture before removing large rugs. Two guys came and their service was great. They took 2 large rugs to clean and delivered them back in a week.
Quoted $770 to clean a basic Costco rug. Offered 30% discount bringing it to $540 before tax. Not sure if it was the size of the rug (8x10) but their cleaning would cost more than buying a new one ($500). Didn’t proceed, but wanted to share to give a sense of cost for anyone else considering rug cleaning here.

They did a great job, and did it quickly. My rugs desperately needed cleaning, deodorizing (we have pets), and scotch-guarding. Our rugs look and feel great!
