HORRIBLE. I went in just to wax and tint my eyebrows. I’m very blonde and I let her know that the tint needed to stay on a little bit longer just because of how blonde I am and I wanted a dark brown. I’ve been getting my eyebrows tinted for years and never had any problems. The first time she did them, she showed me and they looked very splotchy. Parts were light, and other parts were very dark. My first time getting a wax and my experience was phenomenal! I came in feeling nervous but felt really comfortable when we were getting started. This location is also very clean and the atmosphere was perfect! I will definitely be coming back

I booked online service, when I came in they said that it didn't went through, and instead of having the service at 9:45am they asked me to come at 3pm , ridiculous. I spend my time I came over and then instead of even giving me a great solution or better solution even to relax me somehow they just said we cannot do nothing about it that's it.
