Mackenzie made me feel completely at ease during my scrotum waxing appointment. She was very professional, respectful, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. She gave me the option of holding my penis myself or having her do it, which I appreciated. She took her time, checked in regularly, and made sure the temperature was okay throughout. Overall, it was a very professional experience, and I would definitely recommend her.
