We were convinced to buy solar panels by this company, and they have been a disappointment. The panels do not save anywhere near the amount of money we were promised, and it is impossible to figure out who is supposed to maintain them, monitor them, cover the warranty, etc. I wish we knew this when we bought solar panels, but we have had to work with 5-6 different companies to try to figure out repairs, monitoring, etc. One company sells them, another company installs them, a third company monitors them, a fourth company doe... read more

They came to my door last night. The representative rang my doorbell mutiple times in a row like a child, then stood where he could not be seen. We were preparing for a home invasion the way they approached our home. Bad sales tactics. Did not speak to them further. Will not do business with them. Shady people.

We had alot of problems. The solar works good. Jason and Kirk don't follow through on things that is the biggest problem . There is no customer care at all. Their prices are the best around but I am not sure I would recommend them they just don't do what they say they are going to do. The installers are wonderful and the young lady that takes care of the hook up to SCE is on it. Thank you..

Our Fuzion rep was very knowledgeable, communicative and passionate about solar. Our system was done in about 5 weeks, looks great and saves us about $90 a month.
