I got my hair highlighted and cut/styled by Stephanie I believe her name was. She sits right by the window. She literally fried my hair at the ends, she kept dropping the comb and picking it up and using it in my hair- which is against h&s codes. The cut/ style was so rushed and it seemed like she was mad doing it, my cut is all uneven in the back. I have to go to another salon to correct it. Horrible horrible service and in my opinion should consider another career path- seems unhappy doing peoples hair.

Makayleigh (mik does hair on insta) literally does the best job every time. She is actually the best!!! Absolutely obsessed every time. Even when I go in just for product, everyone is so nice and helpful. Emily helped me pick the best products for my hair and I’m obsessed! Hair has never been healthier and has never looked better <3

Macy does an awesome job. She always listens and checks in with you during the cut. Just got some bangs from her this weekend and she was amazing the whole way through, they turned out just how I wanted!
