They are scammers, please be aware and read everything before starting a membership. Dont be in rush and hopefully record your conversation with the sales managment They say one month free and thn proceed to charge full advance payment and thn a huge cancellation fee , just because people dont like what they offer . Really disappointed, and i. was there for only 2 weeks , paid ( 175$ + hst ) includes one month advance, biweekly payment and cancellation fee .

I read ALOT of negative reviews before going to this gym but my experience this week didn't match the negativity. This is a large gym and so at times (especially evenings) it's busy but i still wasn't waiting more than a few minutes for any machine/station. The cleanliness in the washrooms wasn't perfect but that wasn't important for me. Obviously if you're entering into a long term contract, read it carefully so that you know what you're going to be charged. But do the obvious, start with a month and see how you like it. Worst gym. When I joined I told the representative ‘Johnathan’ that I will move to a different city in 5-6 months. Johnathan insisted that I take the annual membership and that I can do an early cancellation without any penalty with a proof of me moving. Now, when the time has finally come and I am moving, I am ready to give the proofs but the gym wants to charge me 99 dollars + taxes as penalty for early cancellation.
