Ms. Lexee was the absolute sweetest. I needed to loosen one of my permanent bracelets so I stopped in today, but I'm very picky and indecisive, and I didn't know if I just wanted jump rings or a new connector charm. She was SO SO patient and did an AMAZING job at juggling 3 groups of customers as the only person on the floor.
