Lady at the front desk is rude, not helpful and discriminates! She should not be working at a social service agency or with the public at all.
I highly recommend Masshire they have helped me so much throughout the years and are always willing to help out anyone in need of work. Well organized and experienced staff as well.
I was told I need an email prompt from unemployment to go there. Otherwise, they can't help you.
MassHire was great, providing courses, training, resume and cover letter writing and tweaking assistance, as well as mock interviews with feedback. Betty Perez was great in providing feedback and forwarding job opportunities to me. Betty promoted positivity, which made me feel positive after receiving a rejection notice. Thank you!
So annoyed.... All three times I've been unemployed in my working life I have been randomly selected (allegedly) requiring RESA as part of my DUA claim. It has recently dawned on me that they pick the people who successfully become re-employed. I want to be clear... MassHire has never helped me obtain employement. I've always done it on my own.
