Do not shop here. The customer service is awful and the product is garbage for way too much money. Bought a case and a pop socket and a screen protector. It was $120 within 12 hours of getting the pop socket, the magnet didn’t work and I pulled my phone out of my pocket and it dropped so not only do they sell a defective product. They also refuse to fix my phone screen that’s now cracked because of the product being faulty. The phone case was nice except that the woman working the till charged me $100.79, when I looked at the back of the box for the Kate Soade phone case it said $64.99, I went back and the man working refunded the money and redid the transaction for the correct amount but the woman who originally helped me was shaking like a leaf when I went back and said something about it. This store is insane. Person comes after 5mn then he leaves the store during the day after shot the door?
I still like this Willowbrook business, with mobile accessories, good advice and great service. Staff had everything we were looking for, with reasonable prices. Leaving my previous kind words... great experience at FutureTech - Willowbrook. This store has fair pricing and just by happenstance went into this store. Would definitely return again and not sure why other stores (like this one) seemed to have higher prices. Wish we found FutureTech months ago.
