I needed a new power cord for my my ipad, so given I was at the mall anyway I stopped in to a couple of stores that sold such only to be asked a barrage of questions that as a senior found confusing and them saying that I should have brought my ipad or taken pictures. Future Tech in Willowbrook Mall is by far the best place I have found to replace screen protectors on phones. They do it perfectly every time.
Do not shop here. The customer service is awful and the product is garbage for way too much money. Bought a case and a pop socket and a screen protector. It was $120 within 12 hours of getting the pop socket, the magnet didn’t work and I pulled my phone out of my pocket and it dropped so not only do they sell a defective product. They also refuse to fix my phone screen that’s now cracked because of the product being faulty. Ask them for a refund of the product so I could pay for a new phone screen and they just declined all ... read more
30 mins in and out. Very competitive prices. These guys are legit.
The phone case was nice except that the woman working the till charged me $100.79, when I looked at the back of the box for the Kate Soade phone case it said $64.99, I went back and the man working refunded the money and redid the transaction for the correct amount but the woman who originally helped me was shaking like a leaf when I went back and said something about it.
