The phone case was nice except that the woman working the till charged me $100.79, when I looked at the back of the box for the Kate Soade phone case it said $64.99, I went back and the man working refunded the money and redid the transaction for the correct amount but the woman who originally helped me was shaking like a leaf when I went back and said something about it. I still like this Willowbrook business, with mobile accessories, good advice and great service. Staff had everything we were looking for, with reasonable prices. Leaving my previous kind words... great experience at FutureTech - Willowbrook. This store has fair pricing and just by happenstance went into this store. Would definitely return again and not sure why other stores (like this one) seemed to have higher prices. Wish we found FutureTech months ago.
Jay was very nice and helpful getting my iPhone fixed and battery replaced. He was fast, friendly and gave me an excellent service. Thank you very much. Highly recommended!
