The single utmost incompetent treatment facility known to man , from admissions all the way down to the pathetic clinical director place is nothing short of a giant disaster. Good luck if you get Jay or Lydia at admissions. They are so pathetic words cannot express it.
This facility is the worst treatment center I ever visited and I have been to, worked at and visited or trained at at least 25 treatment facilities. Everything about Futures is a lie from the admission process, to detox, to finances, to lodgings, to food to treatment. There is no treatment or education there. The first thing they do is ask for an exorbitant amount of money, then they take your phone and your wallet. They do not let you leave when you discover the facility is a complete sham.
