The alleged health professional in the clinic are amazing but the officers in reception are horrible. They do not understand the pain of the clients coming into the clinic and they never accept or say sorry for the mistakes happens from their side when it comes to the mismanagement of booking. Shame on them !!!
Felicity failed to recognise my son's autism in 2016. He missed out on school support due to her misdiagnoses. Do not recommend her service for autism assessment.

The psychologist my son sees is doing an amazing job with him. He has struggled to make progress with a psychologist elsewhere so we tried coming here and in the couple months she’s seen him she has made more progress with him that the psychologist he had for 2 years. Very happy.
I took my daughter to one session and the 'therapist' spent most of the time judging me as a mother because I had to bring my 2yo to the appointment, she was visibly and verbally frustrated, and took things much further to a disgraceful place that my GP had to step in to tell her that she was way out of line Don't go here if you don't feel like being judged, put down and made to feel like a horrible person
