My young son was a patient for 7 years overall. The OTs and Speech therapy over the years were impactful on his early rehabilitation. Unfortunately poor communication and rigidity soured what could have been a good experience. We advised ahead of time that we needed to cancel 2 sessions going overseas for a month which I thought was reasonable. they are not responsive, working with kids they should have higher attention to detail and sense of urgency.
The alleged health professional in the clinic are amazing but the officers in reception are horrible. They do not understand the pain of the clients coming into the clinic and they never accept or say sorry for the mistakes happens from their side when it comes to the mismanagement of booking. Shame on them !!!
Felicity failed to recognise my son's autism in 2016. He missed out on school support due to her misdiagnoses. Do not recommend her service for autism assessment.
