We’ve used Future Home for a couple years. We had an issue weeks ago and so far I’ve reached out to them about 5 times. They promise they are working on it but they never call back or communicate unless I reach out. I believe they are ignoring me and hope I go away. I’m about to do exactly that.
Called Future Home to help update the sound system in our home. It’s a 20 year old stereo seriously needing to be retired. We were hoping that they would work with us to get what we wanted. It’s evident that they have no interest in doing business. Granted my job would not be a big one but business is business. Apparently not for Future Home; must be nice not to need it.
