I don't know where to begin...Sigh. My father was there for several months. He was back and forth from the hospital from this facility. At least 4 or 5 times. My father had several wounds that we were aware of. One is so severe that every time we go to the hospital they're in shock of how bad it is. By GOD'S grace. We're no longer at this facility and will NEVER return.

My neighbor's son is most likely being abused at this facility. She's complained to the supervisor but there's been no improvement. Prayerfully, she's having him transferred to a nearby facility within the next week. Please DO NOT trust this staff with the care for your loved one!!

Very kind working staff and I witnessed the nurses showing great compassion for their patients as I walked down the hallways. I was impressed at the engagement from the front desk staff with other patients as well. I didn't get the sense that people were just left on their own with staff that treated them as a number. I was impressed.

Great place for rehabilitation. I broke my hip. They were very attentive and I got the best care . Kudos to them.

The Activities Department does an amazing job and is led by Rosie, the Director, who is loving caring and creates a warm, engaging, and positive environment for the residents. The staff Samoya, Derron, and Dei’Adrah are caring, patient, and always encourage participation. From games and music to outings and special events, there is always something enjoyable to look forward to. I especially enjoy the bus trips to the mall and the movies. I have even learned so much from playing bingo that I never knew before. The team works ... read more
