My mom stayed at FutureCare Pineview for 3 months. She did great with physical therapy helping her walk again. The staff is GREAT I have to say a special thanks to Siona, Mia, Latoya, Ivan, Susan, Musa, Nicole(speech therapy), Velma, Dr. T, and Barbara Unit Nurse. When I say these staff members go beyond their duties, they really genuinely care about their patients. Honestly, I found the staff to be a bit unfriendly to visitors. No pleasant welcome or can I help you? I felt like they were annoyed that I seemed unsure about where to go and what to do. The staff that interacted with the patients were much nicer. But a couple of them (mainly not the ones who had direct interaction) acted like you were in their way or interfering with them doing what they were trying to do. I definitely didn’t feel welcome as a visitor.
The people are friendly, Helpful, my handband is a patient there, I believe that he is in a good place, FutureCar
The staff and everyone was wonderful today and taking excellent care of my Uncle Ivan! Kudos to Allison and Sharon for drawing his blood today. I was called to come over today because Ivan refused the needles and has been terrified of them since he was a child. It would be great if a port could remain in his arm for drawing blood to avoid sticking him when possible and I understand this may not be possible but thought I would ask. I have another question, there will be times when we would like to bring Ivan home for holidays... read more
