I had a very disappointing experience with FutureCare (old court) and social worker, Stephanie. She ended our meeting early because she said she didn’t have her coffee and water, which I found to be extremely unprofessional. As a client, I expected my appointment to be treated with the seriousness and respect it deserved. I am deeply disturbed by the level of care my uncle has received at FutureCare on Old Court Road in Randallstown, Maryland. When my uncle was admitted to the facility, he was in noticeably better condition than he is today. Since his arrival, our family has witnessed significant weight loss, cognitive decline, and a deterioration in his social interaction. While visiting my uncle i went to the desk outside his room and asked for a washcloth so i could shave him and the ladies looked at me as if i made an out if this world request. After they looked at each other five minutes later someone decided to go and get one for me, i didn’t know a request like that would cause a lot if discussion.
