Today's meal was a 5 star!! My mother who is a resident enjoyed every mouth full. BBQ chicken, collard greens a baked sweet potato and cornbread. Thanks to Alice and her hardworking staff in the kitchen!
The Front Desk Staff Person was friendly. At 4Pm in the afternoon, I am shocked to smell the unbearable odor of urine from the elevator to the end of the hallway on the second floor. I don't understand how 3 persons can be sitting at the nursing station amidst the smell. As usual, I had to ask for water for the person I visited. Obviously, dental hygiene and bathing was skipped today. Again, the window blind has been repaired and the floor was clean
This place is very clean, the staff is friendly and I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door.
Had my family member discharged from the facility and I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience. The staff is patient, friendly, professional and respectful. Despite all the challenges that come along with healthcare, this future care team persevered and made this journey for my family a blessed one! Thank you all, for all that you do!
