Once I arrived I saw why this facility gets a 1 star over all rating, they don't serve real meals or drinks so go ahead & dehydrate me, 4 people in 2 rooms have to share a bathroom whichhas no shower, they don't keep the bathroom clean. They refuse to allow a patient to use a vending machine to get something real to drink, last they don't provide gowns for patients to use. Plus may I add a guy in bed all day gets 75% of the room, while I get about 10 feet of space!
I was highly disappointed of the service that was offered for my sister-in-law. She was doing great when we saw her on Christmas and had a set back and than when we went to go visit her they claim they contacted my sister and she did not receive no message they had transported her to the hospital without our knowledge. She had her dialysis appointment canceled which cause her a set back and was given a pill that we were not aware of. I left a review and immediately got a response back from Ahmed! He was very respectful and understanding to my dad’s situation. I appreciate him for reaching out to staff to help us.
Today's meal was a 5 star!! My mother who is a resident enjoyed every mouth full. BBQ chicken, collard greens a baked sweet potato and cornbread. Thanks to Alice and her hardworking staff in the kitchen!
The Front Desk Staff Person was friendly. At 4Pm in the afternoon, I am shocked to smell the unbearable odor of urine from the elevator to the end of the hallway on the second floor. I don't understand how 3 persons can be sitting at the nursing station amidst the smell. As usual, I had to ask for water for the person I visited. Obviously, dental hygiene and bathing was skipped today. Again, the window blind has been repaired and the floor was clean
