Alistair was amazing with helping my daughter pick out glasses, he was forever patient with our questions and walked us through everything. Incredible service!
I had an interesting time fitting my son's eye glasses here yesterday. We walked in very close to end of business of the day. We were welcomed with smiles from the team on ground, We had back and forth transactions submitting bill to insurance company, due to my faults. The team here blew my mind, to see the whole thing through without complaining. Thank you guys.
Future vision has always been the home of my favorite eye care professionals and especially Kassy. After 20years of going here I have always enjoyed my experiences with her and the staff there. After multiple times going here recently to see Kassy they kept telling me she was off for the day- only to find out weeks later she left the company. This is very misdeceiving and misleading. Which is now why I am changing my review from a 5 star to a 3 star. This was the place I've always went to but unfortunately I won't be back.. ... read more
