I dropped off my Kobo reader to get the charging port replaced, and initially was told it would be a day or two. They called me to say they needed to send it out- long story short it turned into almost 2 weeks because of the holiday and deliveries delayed etc. Initially I was really upset, but the manager Vishal to his credit never pushed back and was genuinely trying to get my Kobo back asap.
