The customer service is amazing at Future tech. I had a issue with my Samsung S22 turning off for unknow reason and the technician was able to quickly diagnosed and fix the issue in under an hour. They were very polite and speedy. Thanks!
Great repair store, always friendly staff and professional technicians who do their best to help. They are my go to store to fix both my phone and computers. Been there multiple times for different reasons, and I never had a problem with their services and attitude. Just bought two phone . Great service and highly recommended!!
PSA for anyone getting a screen replaced, it’s not and apple screen and will not behave like one. The customer service here was great, very friendly, quick and affordable BUT I wish they would have told me about the difference in screen quality before installing. I edit photos and no longer can on my phone as the colours are not correct. My phone is much heavier now. The screen is VERY glitchy, slow to respond, sometimes doesn’t respond at all. I would have paid more for an apple screen had I been given the information..
