They made the impossible, possible. After a broken iPad due to a crash, when it didn’t seem possible to get the screen in tact (there was a response to touch but had a black screen), they made it work without damaging any internal components. They got it all worked out, and we successfully backed up all the data that wasn’t backed up to iCloud!
My iPad was severely damaged in a crash (you can see how it was in the photo). The screen wad black, the device was bent, and I lost all my notes and data because it wasn’t backed up. I tried everything to get it working again, but it felt impossible. So I was ready to give up until they told me they could try to fix it. And they truly did!
