This company needed to install a hospital bed for my mother. They were at my parents house 6 times. Exchanges were made, missing parts were promised. Still it's not all the way completed. Hard to reach someone on the phone. They are refusing to complete their tasks. Medicare is paying for a new hospital bed for people that are in need. This company brought a used bed that is also discontinued long time ago. You can't even buy parts for it. This shady place should be investigated for a Medicare fraud.
