I was surprised to read the other reviews as we ve always had good service from David Costa who s been there many years. Dave has always answered our questions and pointed us towards products he believes match our interests and budget. I can t speak to the other staff there but we ve always had good experiences with Dave.

Negative people works here. OMG, I knew something was wrong as I walked into Future Sound last thursday and seeing the reps working there just looking at me like what business am i being there. I bet the people working there hates their job. Finally, someone came over and after speaking to the fella he said very little if like he wants me out of their showroom as soon as possible. Dont ever come to this place for your audio and video needs!
I would not deal with them ever again. They advertised a few items on audiogon and inquired and never got a response. Called and left voice mail and no reply. Went to their store since they have a demo unit at a reasonable price and went to store. I audition and come back and sales people had no time to talk or show anything else. Later I make an offer for a brand new set of speakers and get insulting reply. Went to another dealer and got new speakers at a price I wanted. Horrible experience at Future Sound, poor workmanship, a rip-off, made a whole mess of things and Future Sound people are just below standard. Wise advice for everyone, don't bother with Future Sound and their two other stores called The New Audible Difference in Palo Alto & SF Stereo and Theater Systems in San Francisco.
