If I could give zero stars, I would. Nearly two years ago, my dad chose Vlad after doing extensive research and deciding he wanted the best possible denturist. Cost was never the deciding factor - his priority was comfort, function, and quality. He trusted Vlad to provide a well-fitting set of complete dentures. Instead, he left feeling ripped off, dismissed, embarrassed, frustrated, and ultimately physically and emotionally hurt. The dentures he received were not functional.
