Getting closer to completion on the 1200 Civic motor. Found the exhaust gaskets I needed. Now looking into which "distributor" do I use? You tell me, which one should I use?
It's FIXED!! 1986 Honda Accord LX-I hatchback. Code 12 for EGR Frequency Solenoid B. It's in the black control/vacuum box. Also solder back factory connector to main loom and repair EGR lift sensor wires. (that would come with new egr valve, anyway). but 139.99 for replacement part new the one on the Accord is good, Next step...…..test valve B...….Good!.....Open and replace valve B. 1986 Honda Accord LX-I Hatchback. 53,000 miles. Drove in from Surprise Arizona. Always Amazed!!. Still out there with untouched hands. Nobody has done their fix yet!. Can't wait for the proper time needed to look at it. Been busy since school/graduation finished.
Customer brought in this 1984 Honda Prelude Dx. Started calling around to find a shop that would look at it, after five turndowns and two recommendations the customer called Future Service Automotive. I mention that I am more than willing to try but, may not be able to undo what has been done. Monday morning will be the true answer that it's fixed. Dual Side Draft with lots of hose's. The set on the table top is one from my collection (almost 20 years),just waiting for that right moment to need something from it.

Technician, is the current definition for someone of the knowledge on how to fix today's cars/trucks. Was reading this article during lunch break, one of those free magazines in the mail. Well it's that time! First of all let me say "Happy Holidays". Been slow work wise a few days before Thanksgiving. Please don't forget to service your vehicles. Was doing some much needed cleaning and came across this little wonder? Just goes to show after 25 years in the same location some corners of the building get over looked. Oh I do know what's in the corner, things that I haven't sold but kept for the one time I needed it. (lol).
