I have been using Brian's services since 2008 when I was introduced to him by a trusted friend and co-worker. It's tough to find honest old-school mechanics like Brian. A few years ago his shop up on Apache in Tempe was redeveloped into condos, so he has been operating out of his home garage since then. This does mean there are certain types of work he can't do there, but he will be honest about that too and point you in the right direction. Getting Brian's opinion is well worth his diagnostic fee.
I found Brian because of his reviews. I had the same mechanic for 25 years (he retired) and Brian's high recommendations influenced my decision. He is awesome. The reviews are correct: communication of issue before starting work, fair price, completed what was necessary, same day service, professional, easy to pay through app and flexible with pick-up. I've found an new mechanic. 🌞
Future Service Automotive, Outstanding service and integrity. Never any bs or worry of the service or job scope. I sent my daughter to Brian to work on her Acura MDX. He has always been very fair and honest. He has provided excellent work and always explains the situation. The cause and the effect and the best remedy. A true gem in Chandler for auto-care!
Mr. Bryan IS A GOD SENT, he's such a wonderful person and so very 😁 honest, Hard to find a mechanic that has all the qualities of Mr. Bryan, very patient, excellent costumer service, it shows his 30 years plus experience right away...!! I won't go anywhere else but to him from now on, I'm so lucky I found him, I was so very worried 😫 about my car problem, he gave me peace of mind, he was fast, beautiful personality. Arizona need Mr. Bryan there's no one like him ..!!! 🥹♥️🙏
