A very professional operation from initial enquiry to installation. Could not fault the entire process. Have been trying to discuss our hot water needs with several operators but, because we live in Nagambie it was “too hard” until we came across Shaun and Future NRG in Shepparton. Initial enquiry on Friday and it is now Monday evening (3 days later) and we are enjoying our new heat pump. Unbelievable. And they make the government grant process easy as well. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
Fantastic service. Our hotwater system failed over the weekend. I contacted Shaun from Future NRG about our luke warm water and he has been fantastic. From prompt initial return call yesterday, to a new system installed today. Plumbers and electricians were all excellent too. Quality and really neat, tidy work. Highly recommended
Shaun and the FurtureNRG team provided exceptional service and products, with our Air Conditioning and Solar systems. Their ongoing customer support is also exceptional. They're always available and nothing is too much trouble. We highly recommend them.
