I ordered parts to the Folsom dealership, but their location was experiencing some problems, so I reached out to Roseville. I was helped by a gentleman, I believe named Hunter, who understood the problem and went out of his way to set things right for me. He even called Folsom and talked them through everything so that they would know how to handle things in the future. Do not bring your vehicles for warranty work, I had a transmission issue under warranty. I had issues before and had the transmission replaced (Nissan). The dealership claimed no issue with the transmission, I asked what diagnostic steps were taken, it was basically driving it and running the scanner, very basic. Like I said I had issues before and knew of more intricate diagnostics steps my previous dealer took to find proof the transmission was bad, this dealer refused to do those diagnostics without additional payment. I stopped in Nissan parts department to buy a new mug to go with my Nissan 2024 Aryia. I love the new layout that parts and accessories has remodeled and more organized.
