I was so disappointed it WAS SO DIRTY!! I had a gel manicure and the mat the was used under my hands was filthy. Everywhere you looked was dirty and all the tools used were not sanitized. I recommend that the workers sitting down on their phone grab a cleaning wipe!
they don’t do soak offs, they will pop your nails off which damages them, not to mention they usually give you attitude when you try to speak up for yourself, worst place ever.
First off, if you’re going to make an appointment, either call or just do a walk-in, they do not check when you schedule online. This was one of the worst experiences I had at a nail salon. I told them I wanted designs and was asked by a few different people what I wanted but they still forgot I wanted designs on my nails, and when I brought it up after the initial gel manicure, a different nail tech than the one doing my nails started yelling at my nail tech about it.
