Walking in it seems like this is a really great place. I made an appointment for my daughter and I an hour and a half before I showed up and I still had to wait 40 minutes, the woman next to me had an appointment at 12:30 and she had to wait a while as well they seem like they just pack people in without the fact that we all have lives. The two women that greet you aren't overly friendly and don't really smile and inviting me as you walk in the door . The staff here is very rude. For how expensive serviced are people should be friendly and do a better job. She layed way to much overlay on my nails it's globbed on. Then wouldn't cure nails enough. My pedicurist used gel on my toes but didn't cure it. I didn't ask for gel . At least she was nice. I will not be back, and I brought a friend and she won't be going back either, she got burnt and they were incredibly rude about.

Got my nails and toes done. Tried to tell the lady I didn’t like the shape of my nails for acrylic. She did absolutely nothing about it and ignored me when I said they were too thick. My nails do not match my hands. She never checked to see if my nails matched and some are uneven. In the beginning she cut my nails a little too short and I couldn’t say anything cause it was like too late. Booking online is easy. They have a large selection of services. The massage chairs work well. They have a selection of beverages to choose from. I've only ever gone here for nails since moving to the area and I have no reason to consider going elsewhere.

I’m always super happy every time I come here! I go to Thao who does an amazing job and does not disappoint! She is able to create incredible art and styles and I get so many compliments on my nails.
