I had a mixed experience here. The employees were very nice, kind, and respectful, which I really appreciated. However, the owner assigned me to someone who seemed very new and didn’t really know what they were doing yet. I understand everyone has to learn, but as a customer I expected someone more experienced, especially for this service. The staff were lovely, but the owner’s attitude and decision made the experience disappointing.

Do not go here. I got my nails done, and the next day 3 nails had broken. They made my nails very thin and is way overpriced.

Emma and the Hansen never disappoint. I've been coming to Emma since college, over three years now, and I will never go anywhere else. I live in Annapolis and I still make the drive every time, because no one else compares. She takes my vision and consistently exceeds it, while making every appointment genuinely fun. The laughs, the conversation, the results, it's always everything. Love them so much!!

RUDE AND NASTY ATTITUDES!! I truly do not understand why the customer service is extremely poor and lacking in this establishment! I recommend you to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT WILL RESPECT AND APPRECIATE YOUR MONEY! Very PRICEY, especially considering being subjected to HORRIBLE attitudes! When I sat down to be serviced, I was literally told by KELLY, “I do not have time and cannot provide the service you requested!” Mind you, I disclosed what I wanted ahead of time when I made the appointment.
