RUDE AND NASTY ATTITUDES!! I truly do not understand why the customer service is extremely poor and lacking in this establishment! This was my first time and they are not professional at all. Workers are old and it takes forever to get what you ask for. Would never go again.
Best nail salon in all of Towson!!! And trust me I’ve been all over!!! All sets below have been done here by my guuurl Emma but I promise ALL nail artists (Kelly, her husband etc) are all really amazing! Chill atmosphere looks like not much from the outside but the people inside are some of the most talented nail artists I feel so lucky to have discovered this place two years ago ❤️ they’ve had a loyal customer ever since!
I will never return to this place of business, I’m new to Maryland and just started getting service here whenever I have been serviced I pay whatever they say the fees are and tip. I noticed that they treat some of their black clients differently and I was trying not to think that but they do. Whenever I show them a design I want they gave me attitude about it and I’m like if I’m paying what’s the problem.
