I can not say enough good things about this company. It was easy to place the order online. They shipped the product quick. I had some major issues with FedEx and Steve F. was on top of it. He responded to my email, called me and was on the phone with FedEx. He did everything in his power to get me answers and get my order to me. This problem was out of his control but still took the time to do all that he could for me. Thank you again. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing personalized items .
