It’s not good service , they gave wrong information on the phone and when we go to the clinic they said different charges, so it’s not good for the patient and patients also suffering
Receptionist is not really friendly. When I approach. I say Hi, how are you? I have an appointment for a scan today at 10 am. She answered me back, have you been fasting? I said yes. She said to me, get a seat. Not even greeted me with a smile or be polite. They look grumpy like carrying the whole earth. So negative energy. They should improve their attitude in the future.
