The receptionists have always been ultra friendly and service excellent. I’m a faithful at this place for all diagnostic tests.
Quickly got appointment. The scan was easy, and quick. Staff friendly. Even had a giggle with the radiographer. ✔️✔️ But the most important bit…..sending results to my GP took three phone calls so far with no luck. ❌ My GP called. Was told it is being faxed immediately. An hour late rang again to be told same. Receptionist then rang 30 mins later only to be told the report isn’t ready yet. Despite advice to my on day of appointment that it would be. The entire MRI session lasted about 20 minutes, and throughout the whole time, there was an unbearably loud, piercing noise. By the end, I felt extremely dizzy and had a terrible headache. When I asked the staff, they just said it was “normal,” which was not very reassuring. The whole process was exhausting and uncomfortable.
