I spoke to a very helpful receptionist on the phone on a Saturday- She was super friendly and polite despite clearly being busy, and was very accomodating with trying to find an appointment time that worked for me. She also answered all my questions really clearly. Great service!
On the 18 th of September I had my 18 th Epidural into my back . When I screamed it went into the sciatic nerve . Anyway it still hurt as I waited 20 minutes . I had a reaction to it and my legs didn’t work properly I had to hold onto walls . I just would like to thank the loveliest of Staff there , for letting their Asian nurse take me to the - Alfred . Very disappointed. When I booked my ultrasound I was not told I would need a full bladder for the scan. Due to my bladder not being full, I was unable to get the scan done. I rearranged my day to make this appointment and need the results urgently. I was also not sent an email or text to confirm my appointment. It would be useful to send an email confirming date and time and any prep needed for the specific scan.
The first impression was poor during the brief ten minutes I spent there. After four minutes standing at the desk in my cloak of invisibility without acknowledgment, I was told the equipment was not working and, without apology, that my appointment had been cancelled. To their credit, they referred me to another radiology clinic where the receptionist appeared quite flustered.
