Quickly got appointment. The scan was easy, and quick. Staff friendly. Even had a giggle with the radiographer. But the most important bit…..sending results to my GP took three phone calls so far with no luck. My GP called. Was told it is being faxed immediately. An hour late rang again to be told same. Receptionist then rang 30 mins later only to be told the report isn’t ready yet. Despite advice to my on day of appointment that it would be.
