Sean kept me apprised of my car repair progress. Future Ford had to keep it for 2 months due to parts availability issues for the transmission, but Sean was updating me consistently. Fortunately, I purchased a Ford ESP and that made all the difference between expending thousands of dollars vs. zero. The ESP is worth its weight in gold. I felt he treated me with respect and he appeared to be honest in interacting either me. Future Ford should be so fortunate to have Sean in their employ.
I feel I need to share my experience with Future Ford of Roseville service department. I am a former employee who left on good terms. I have been using this location for all my service needs for the past 5 years or so on multiple vehicles. Once I left employment there, again on good terms, the whole staffed has basically ghosted me. I have attempted multiple times to reach out to Kevin Palmer who is the service manager.
