Future Life Now is wonderful. Over the years, I have taken courses with both Cynthia and Larry. Both are compassionate, knowledgeable, and kind. I have learned so much from them. They also encourage people to ask questions and share their experiences. This helps us all learn! I appreciate their work which is both practical and spiritual - a great combinations.

When I started Bones For Life and Your Learning Body online 4 years ago I was in need of strengthening my body. In 2021 I was dealing with problems in moving my body safely, Today I the ability to get around and do what I want to do. Very supportive.
