Very kind person, no rush lots of information needed, they explained everything very well.
Would not recommend. Went through the purchase agreement with a 5000$ deposit and it clearly states in the agreement that if financing is not obtainable that the deposit will be returned in full. Unfortunately I did not qualify for financing and have spent over a month trying to get my full deposit back only to have them claim that their time was charged against the deposit. Nowhere is that stated in the agreement and nothing was ever signed agreeing to money being used from the deposit. Received no invoice of work and only ... read more
I bought a home 2 years ago and the people here have been very rude to us when we needed information regarding the home we bought. The salesman is not helpful and hangs up when we try to get the information and I have left messages. The salesman said they don't have our contract and hung up on my husband. I don't recommend them.
