Our home buying experience with this company was terrible. We ordered a home the first week of August and was told it would be done in 8 weeks. Our sales person didn't know the first thing about helping an inexperienced person pick the things they want in a new home. We've not been completely happy. A really good experience with David, he was responsive, on the spot with changes and suggestions, willing to work hard for what we wanted. Future Homes has a huge selection of homes online, some which are changing, so it behooves you to check with the rep on what's new and available. Thank you for being so friendly and helpful!
This is the absolute worst company that I have EVER encountered. All these “good” reviews are either lies or the people writing them have been paid to write them. All they do is lie to your face, steal your property then blame it on you, and argue with you and take no responsibility for anything. They will trash and damage your pre built home without a care in the world, destroy your own property, and overcharge you thousands of dollars for the most basic things that should have only been a couple hundred.
