I bought a home 2 years ago and the people here have been very rude to us when we needed information regarding the home we bought. The salesman is not helpful and hangs up when we try to get the information and I have left messages. The salesman said they don't have our contract and hung up on my husband. I don't recommend them.
I called for more information as I live far away and David hung up on me because I wanted pictures of a home before I purchased as all was available online was the layout and their website indicated they had a model their in the park and he said someone already purchased it okay bye and hung up on me. Guess they didn’t want that sale
Our home buying experience with this company was terrible. We ordered a home the first week of August and was told it would be done in 8 weeks. Our sales person didn't know the first thing about helping an inexperienced person pick the things they want in a new home. We've not been completely happy. Then, he was not communicative, lied to us and one of the things I really wanted that he told me we could have, I didn't even get. By the time the home was delivered, it was too late. A really good experience with David, he was responsive, on the spot with changes and suggestions, willing to work hard for what we wanted. Future Homes has a huge selection of homes online, some which are changing, so it behooves you to check with the rep on what's new and available. Thank you for being so friendly and helpful!
