I have to personally thank Kacie Stovall, Erik Martinson, and Stephanie Kaylor for all of their help in helping me attain the 2019 Jeep Compass I was able to get. They went above and beyond to make sure my payment was as manageable as possible and it was so refreshing and amazing to interact with compassionate humans and not just a sales person. I am forever grateful for them in helping me get on my feet (or wheels haha) by myself with no attachments.
Called in on a Saterday, for a check engine light on my Jeep. Kira answered the phone. She was very nice and helpful on the phone. I swung by to get a code check. Kira was excellent and printed the codes for me. Great customer service even with a lobby full of people that I am sure we're waiting on her. Great job!
My salesman Adrian found me the cleanest, loaded, and well cared for 2022 Jeep Wagoneer on the first try! He was very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle. Adrian was extremely responsive with any questions I had about the vehicle or the deal. The whole team was amazing!! We have purchased two prior Jeeps from Larson Puyallup. They have always been amazing. I can't stress that enough. But what we have been so impressed with recently was Brandy and her service team.
