Ordered a part on the phone for my Wrangler this year- showed up at their dodge service place instead of Jeep so I had to drive over there instead. Really great for rush hour at Meridian and the interstate. Was hoping to get service closer since I moved to S Hill- Called Larson Jeep two days ago to book service and was told I'd get a call back to schedule but still waiting. Looks like I'll drive right past Larson to Tacoma Jeep where I've had great visits so far. Good luck in your experiences with Larson.
Service was fine but not expecting an extra fee to use a credit card. I get merchants are charged fees but most merchants cover this and don’t pass this onto the customer especially when you are paying over &1,500. Not likely to ever go here again for service.
I had a fantastic experience here. My salesperson, Ethan, went above and beyond. He was helpful via email before my visit and was an absolute joy to talk with in person. He was very professional and attentive while we waited for paperwork to be finalized. It was also great that the entire sales management team was so pleasant. Highly recommend!
We were very impressed with Ethan from the first phone call to check on a truck we were interested in, to the signing and shaking his hand on the sale. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and never came across pushy whatsoever. (Nobody likes a "smarmy" used car salesman who's more concerned about their commission than their customer's satisfaction.) Great experience buying our 3rd car at Larson Auto Group… we’ve always dreamed of owning a Wrangler and these guys made it happen…! Adrian - new to the job - was an excellent with answering the questions he could, but verifying to one’s he could not. They worked with us on honest and upfront pricing and an excellent warranty and other fun benefits that will made owning this a true lifetime value!!!
