Well, I'd like to be able to give them a good review but I sent a request for a quote via email - per their instructions when I called - and I've followed up twice with no response. Double-checked the email address on their website and it's correct, so I guess they're just SO flooded with business they don't need the money from my full-shower-and-mirror-install-on-2-bathrooms job. At least have the professionalism to respond and let me know you're too busy.
With all of the places that there is to buy glass and glass services, I really hope that your business can stand to lose customers. There is nothing ruder then allowing a customer to stand in your store for five minutes without even an acknowledgment that they've arrived. When someone walks into your store you have no idea what they are going to ask of you and what kind of job they are going to hire you for. Having said that you have no idea the job you missed out on.
