Purchased a Shower screen online. Had an error in the delivery address which I noticed and contacted them immediately. Their AI automated response system reassured me this would be no problem to fix. When I finally got through to a person they advised that that was not the case. 5 days and 5 phone calls later and my shower screen is 'sitting in a security locker and has not yet made it on a truck'. High quality product and excellent support. AI support is instantaneous, personal support may take a bit longer. I was really impressed by the integrity of the company when helping me resolve a minor transport issue. I would very strongly recommend Future Glass.
We’ve had an awesome experience with Future Glass. Our order took less than a week to arrive to our regional location. We ordered the 1.3m shower screen. It was super easy to install and looks perfect in our new ensuite!
