Recently purchased 2 shower screens. I made the effort to collect to save on delivery charges. One screen was damaged with bubbles in the glass that's was picked up on installation. I had to really harass them for a replacement, that I had to pick up as they could not deliver for over a week. The shower screen has been installed and I've noticed that there are imperfections in this one too. Make you you thoroughly check your screen before installing. Of course I'd have to cover the cost of getting removed and reinstalled.
Wouldn’t recommend purchasing mirrors from this company, for the price of the mirrors the quality is horrible along with their customer service.
I recently purchased a 1500mm Kira arched mirror advertised as brushed brass. However, upon arrival, the packaging clearly indicated it was satin brass. I reached out to the company to address this discrepancy, and Michelle responded confirming that they had sent the correct item, despite the clear difference in colour. She mentioned that I could return the mirror but would incur a 20% restocking fee and also bear the costs for both delivery and return shipping. Not impressed. Ordered 3x arch mirrors - all have black marks around the outside less than 1 year later ... For expensive mirrors, they are clearly nothing but CHEAP!! On top of the disappointment in quality - the customer service I received was nothing but frustratingly painful. Would not recommend Future Glass.
