Parts guy named Chris!! has been a god send , found the parts that were oddly named. found my car even when I gave him the wrong vin. Worked with me multiple times, I got the correct customer service, also the older parts guy (Pat?) the encyclopedia thank you. The gen 1 twin turbo timing chain v6 is running perfectly. Y'all helped me a lot can't emphasize this enoug! even though it seems small it changed my day which means more than you'd know

Jason was awesome, called super late in the day just before closing and he helped me find a small individual gasket that I needed for a job. Thank you so much for your help Jason! :)

I feel like I get the run around from them every time I come in here. I have a battery under warranty and wanted to test it, but future ford will not have a look at it unless I bring it in with the car (which will not start, because of a dead battery?) so in order to test it, I have to have the whole car towed to them. It just seems rediculous...

I explicitly called ahead to confirm whether the vehicle I wanted was in stock. I was clearly told yes, which is the ONLY reason I came in. That information turned out to be completely false. After arriving, I was made to sit and wait for over an hour, only to be told they could not even locate the vehicle anywhere on their lot. Multiple employees searched multiple yards and still couldn’t find it. That alone shows how disorganized and careless this dealership is.
