I typically like future Ford as a whole... The location off Madison is great and for my company cars and personal cars they tend to be one of our go to dealers. So, I figured future Roseville would be the same experience. Long story short, typical bait and switch tactics. We specifically called in on three trucks we were looking at for my son. Awful customer service from the people behind the parts counter and always place you on hold for indefinitely when calling and hung up after!
Would not recommend taking your car in for service at this location. I was told it would be 2 to 3 days to diagnose the problem. I'm on day 4 and was told that the technician isn't in on Saturday. Had to take my car somewhere else. Very disappointing.
