I’ve been a member of Future Fitness Training since January 2026, and I’ve lost 70 pounds with the help and support of the team. The trainers have kept me accountable, challenged me, and helped me stay consistent. I’m extremely happy with the progress I’ve made and highly recommend Future Fitness Training to anyone serious about improving their health and fitness.
I came in to ask questions for my arthritis and Jonah Adams was one of the most friendly people I’ve met at any business and was very informative and knows his stuff. Will definitely be coming in for a visit when the grumpy wife makes me stop going to the pharmacy
