this is a great health club well i've been working out here for over a year. great assortment of weight machines and treadmills and bikes! it's all good, lotsa breathing room and you're not on display in a window like some other places. nice staff, great personal trainer. cheap rates!
Nice gym This guy doesn't know what he's talking about. They don't have a pool there! I've been going there for 7 years and the place is great! It's kinda old though. But, a great place to workout and the staff is awesome. The rates are very reasonable and they have alot of equipment.
Beware of being sold out. I joined the club because I wanted to swim in there lap pool. I made it clear I could only swim during a certain time period. One day I showed up and found a local high school swim team swimming in the pool. They rented the pool out from under the club members. Thanks for communicating with your members and thanks selling out your members. Several of us had to quit.....of course with having to give 30 day notice. Beware.
DONT LISTEN TO MAXIMUS For all of those who read the reviews like I do and find them useful please disregard Maximus's review. He is the gym owner himself. PROS: Huge dumdbell selection. Largest of all gyms in the area. As far as free weights are concerned no one in the are has a bigger free weight section then F.F. I have gone to other gyms that have had lines for certain equipment. maximus Sounds like John gave a bad review to the wrong club Future Fitness has never had a pool. Friendliest gym in Yuba City. Always improving something at this place.

Janet Long holds a Bachlor in Nutrition and Food from Sac State and offers everything from learning healthy food options, custom meal plans, learning how foods can treat/prevent illinesses. Long 2B Fit, Nutrition Counceling is open to everyone, all ages, all fitness levels. No gym membership required.
Once Was Well it used to be a good gym but the owner hasn't been on the ball about hiring and training employees they are all rude dont know what their talking about the only half good employee is the red haired one
