I give it lower rating mainly due to the weak communication and unclear answers. Had to double check with them multiple times over and over from beginning to end which was annoying.
Great workmanship and quality of fence are above expectations
Poor workmanship, punctuality, communication and unwilling to take responsibility for mistakes. They'll finish half a fence job when it's convenient for them (gates were a disaster - one missing, others don't open or close, posts lengths wrong so caps don't fit/get hit by gate, some get handles - most don't) and then stop showing up. Nothing but excuses and delays trying to get them back to fix problems. The sub they contracted to for the line fence actually did a good job. Go anywhere else.
