Their salesman ignore "No Soliciting" sings, effectively trespassing, but they don't respect potential customers apparently.
A man name Bruce came to my door trying to sell me solar, he was overly aggressive and rude. When I told him I wasn't interested he was very rude, wouldn't take no for an answer, I had to have my husband come to the door for him to finally leave. Called the office spoke to someone name Lisa who claimed she was the VP, she did not take my complaint seriously. This company feels like a scam, I will not be doing business with them

When I first signed up for Solar I decided to cancel my plan with Sunpower and move forward with Future. I went this route because the team that helped me 100% guaranteed their professionalism, their service, and their equipment. Been super happy with my system. They are totally professional and helpful. In fact. The electrical inspector complimented them on the installation. I've had the system about 7 years now. One panel just went out, and they are helping me with that presently.
