I came here with a box truck to deliver a small shipment. They had a few doors opened but they put me on hold and I had to actively wait three hours for them to first finish unloading a tractor trailer and park at the door he was at to unload me, they said they didn't have enough staff. If they assigned a different dock door for me so I do not have to wait for that truck to pull out it wouldn't be such a problem.
