I worked with Bonita over 8 sessions to address a whole host of medical and health related trauma as a result of chronic illness over many years. I can safely say that the emotions I have towards these traumatic events now have much less hold over me. I can see them for what they are.
With a great lack of sleep due to crippling nightmares from PTSD, Bonita was the best help I have ever received. Using specific memory work and breathing techniques have helped so much more compares to previous therapy techniques and I can now finally sleep in peace again. 10/10 service and such a wonderful person to interact with!
