I had an MRI at the New Lenox today. I can't say how easy it was,. I didn't need medication. In and out. With a lovely team working with me. I will indefinitely tell my family biremoved but worth the ride.
Everything was good and specially thanks to Ashley.
The team is so awesome at both locations. So compassionate and caring. Liz at the front desk was awesome. She worked to help get my additional testing and orders all together. She worked with my insurance and doctors office to get all the information needed. Dr Kumar was great, he explained everything from start to finish. I can't say enough about everyone there. Thanks for making a very stressful time, into a calm experiencw.
First appointment I had they let me walk out the office without telling me the last didn’t see anything on the ultrasound. So I was waiting on my results for a while missing out on work cause I’m in pain and trying to figure out what’s in my leg. Went to my pcp who told me that future diagnostic result were inconclusive. She order me a cat scan two day ago I’ve been trying to schedule my appoint every time I call they need to order I email the other thru they claim it’s information missing.
