Very friendly staff. Have had multiple tests done here and always a great experience.
I had a wonderful experience here. From the front desk, to the imaging, staff was welcoming and professional. I felt comfortable and safe during a difficult situation.
I was there today w/a family member & the weather was not great! While waiting for my family member in the waiting room I believe it was a clinic manager who kept checking on everyone & kept all of us well aware of the situation & next steps, because of the weather getting so severe. Came here with my siblings to support our mom during a breast biopsy—already a stressful and emotional situation—and we were told to stand because there weren’t enough chairs. I understand patients come first, but the way it was handled was cold and dismissive. Families are there for support, not to be treated like they’re in the way. If you know you have multiple patients coming in, have enough seating or bring out extra chairs instead of making people stand. It’s basic consideration. Very disappointing experience.
