Came here with my siblings to support our mom during a breast biopsy—already a stressful and emotional situation—and we were told to stand because there weren’t enough chairs. I understand patients come first, but the way it was handled was cold and dismissive. Families are there for support, not to be treated like they’re in the way. If you know you have multiple patients coming in, have enough seating or bring out extra chairs instead of making people stand. It’s basic consideration. Very disappointing experience.

I had such a wonderful experience at Future Diagnostics Group LLC. I went in for an MRI feeling extremely nervous, especially as a bigger person and unsure if I would even fit in the machine. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, respectful, and reassuring. So I suddenly needed an mri. I talked to Stella and she worked her magic and got me in fairly quickly. The front office staff is fast, friendly and can answer any questions. The techs that performed the procedure were awsome. Very helpful, very comforting and worked hard to put me at ease. Great place if you find yourself needing testing.

Great facility and care only downside is having to request more then once to have your results sent to your GP. They sent to my obgyn and I requested and saw the desk person write it on my sheet to also send results to my GP but it never happens.
