Service is a rip off. Added 500$ charges to remove side steps which was never removed. I inspected the bolts and they were never removed as claimed. Dont trust this dealership!
Complete disgrace of a service department. The service advisor Max wasted my time, never followed up, and made up random excuses that had more holes than a cheese cloth. His rude and flippant attitude towards customers belies a severe ineptitude to perform the most basic functions of his job
The lack of communication was truly inexcusable. Several mishaps that “weren’t their fault”. Terrible experience.
Entrances blocked off at 830am. Says they open at 7am. Will go somewhere else.
2 many dogs with no lish. Dog poop everywhere. The bathrooms are very dirty because there are many home less. 😑
