Future Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Concord did a great job on my ProMaster converted to a RV. Concord Ram was the only place in the area that had a lift big enough for my van. Service was great and the service rep Buddy was pleasant and answered my questions and provided excellent advice. This place really cares.
I went in on Sunday just to see what they had I met Mark Guerrero my salesman we test drove at least 4 different vehicles due to my credit rating and other conditions I couldn’t get into the cars I test drove and then he introduced me to this Jeep Gladiator a jeep and truck all in one I like the accessories it had running steps just liked the way it looked and drove tailgate plus it has a soft and hard top and the doors can come off. Making an appointment was easy; I was politely greeted and processed professionally ; Reggie was professional and thorough and my warranty work was completed quickly.
Only go here if you have plenty of time to kill (or a way home). I got a coupon for a great price for an oil change, so I made an appointment, drove the 45 min, waited 2.5 hours for the oil change and then paid and headed out. Halfway home, once I reached the freeway and had been driving a bit, a rattle started. When I had the chance, I called about bringing my car in so they could fix the rattle they caused.
