My appointment 11:45. I come to the dealership 11:15. I just want to get coolant flush done. Not until 14:35. The front grille that is a big mark hand oil. Inside the reservoir the previous coolant was dirty. They not empty it. They just added more coolant. When the car done. I checked again and opened it. The coolant is not clear. Cost me $225. Very disappointed. Never I come back again.
The customer service I received at this dealership was very personal and direct! Also they offered me a fantastic deal on this vehicle.
