I have noticed at Lochearn that it is impeccably clean, and I was greeted right away. The grounds are very nice as well. What I saw, I liked. Cleanliness is so important at a place like that, and they take very good care. I would certainly send my family members there, if they needed proper care.
FutureCare invests in the latest technology, to offer premier service. They provide interesting aesthetics within the buildings. The facilities are very clean and well kept, and having my own family member here has shown me that.
The FutureCare facilities set the standard for cleanliness, and the environment is very welcoming to family and residents. Many facilities have complimentary newspapers, coffee, and water to make it an all inclusive environment. It's a very diverse group of employees and they are all so caring and familiar with the challenges that come with caring for a loved one.
I have visited all of the FC locations and they all take great care of the residents. The staff is very personable and compassionate. I would send my own family there if need be, and the nursing staff is very accommodating of both residents and families. Capital Region is specifically a beautiful facility, but they all offer a lot.
I have had relatives at FC Chesapeake. The rehab department was wonderful. My mom went in in a wheelchair, and came out using a walker. The staff was very caring, and they always accommodated requests I had for my employee. The staff there acts like they live there too, so it's very comfortable environment.
The concern for the quality of care is communicated very clearly from the top of the organization. I would absolutely send my own family members here, if they needed care. Quality is the premier focus here and they want everything done right and they will give you the tools needed to do your job well. Not only is it a great place to work, but the staff at every FC location works so hard to give the residents the best experience possible.
The way FutureCare treats the residents is unlike any other facility. My grandaughter works at FC Northpoint and I know how they treat the residents, and they always make sure they do fun things. They treat everyone like people and not a statistic.
I work here!! It's amazing, everyone is so friendly and passionate. Plus the higher ups really make us feel supported in our mutual effort to provide the best care possible to our patients. Well done FutureCare! It's no wonder we keep winning best place to work in Bmore. Go team!
