Been going here for a couple year now, spending lots of money on work. Was trying to ask the owner (my mechanic) about a part and he got upset and said if I messaged again he’d ignore me. Totally lost respect, and a client. He also makes you pay upfront for parts. Little shady, but I never argued it. Sad, wish he had more respect for the people keeping him in business.
Very highly professional and ethical people. They told me I was covered by the warranty, and charged nothing without me even mentioning it. Highly recommend them.
