We brought a truck we were wanting to buy for a pre-purchase inspection - the seller tried to bribe Carlos, then when he said no way, he drove off super fast and disappeared. Carlos came right back and told us what happened, and said not to trust the seller, that he was shady and tried to offer him $100 to lie to us that the truck passed inspection. Will definitely be going back here anytime we are in Fremont - Carlos was kind, honest, and helpful.
Long time customer with multiple vehicles - WON'T be coming back. Get the Groupon - they say they will give you the Groupon price if you just come in, but they don't. Took 2+ hours for an oil change with appointment - Carlos was originally going to send me away (I live over an hour away) but bossman Sean said they will always take appointments. Fantastic experience, was in the market for just a spare tire/rim, kinda unfortunate the service you can get from certain people or businesses when they realize you aren’t the big ticket customer. Well not with future auto, from start to finish I felt like a person not a transaction. Actually found the item on marketplace got a quick response, they set it up to fit my budget & schedule.
