AVOID. Made appointment for 2:30pm, was supposed to be an hour wait. 5pm it was brought inside finally. It’s 5:30 and car is still being changed. TELL people to just come back later if it’s going to take this long. I could’ve left to do other errands, now everywhere I needed to go will be closed by the time they finish and it’s my 1 day off to run errands for work. Yay, they took the $11 fee off. Ridiculous!
Had an issue with my window not rolling up and my AC blowing out warm air - both issues were fixed within the same day. Staff were helpful, friendly and customer oriented.
This place is solid. Honest, reliable, and they do good work without trying to upsell you. Fair prices, clear communication, and they get the job done right. Hard to find a shop like this—definitely coming back.
Where do I begin! Future auto crew and Sean have been a close to our entire family when it comes to servicing our cars. His prices can't be beat. There's no better deal when replacing brakes, oil changes and timing belt jobs. His tires are the cheapest in the Bay Area, we shopped around at 20+ stores. Our cars runs better every time we pick them up from Future Auto. My husband refuses to take our cars to any other place.
