I had a terrible and shocking experience with Future Auto Care. In the past, I used a Groupon here and was told by their staff that returning customers should call directly and they would honor the same price. Based on that, I called on 1/13 in the evening just to confirm the price for a simple oil change. The person who answered the phone was unbelievably rude and aggressive. Owner was awesome! Carlos at the front desk was great! They helped accommodate my appt and service and were super informative about what my car needed besides the oil change! thanks again
