Dangerous, sloppy install and hostile management – would never use Future Aire again. Future Aire recently came to my home to perform an annual service checkup. Without asking, the technician decided to rerun the condensate drain lines on my HVAC system, and the result was an absolute mess. The new plastic lines are now routed directly across the front of the furnace, so there is no way to open the electronic air filter cartridge or service panel without first disconnecting or removing the hose.
