Such an amazing & professional business that goes above & beyond - the work done & service provided is beyond reproach. They also take the time to explain to me patiently, everything that has been done & why - while also helping me to understand about all the electrical workings of my motorhome. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Townsville!
Tanya and Cesar are the most professional and helpful people I have come across. We had our van upgraded to Off the Grid and the Vehicle they have done all the Auto Electrical work. Nothing is a problem even to the extent we had just left Townsville and got to Charters Towers only to find that the fridge had a burnt circuit board . I rang them and with out any hesitation they asked us to bring it back to them and within 1hr they had sourced a new board and the fridge was working perfectly again. Cannot thank Tanya and Cesar enough for fixing our Starlink. It was newly installed in Brisbane and was not working properly! Rang lots of Auto Electricians as we were driving. Tanya got us to send pictures. Thankfully they squeezed us in even though they were fully booked the Thursday before Easter. They were so professional, patient and informative as to how the Starlink works. And they fixed it!!!! We are now connected and on our way to the Kimberley’s. Happy Easter!
