Absolutely A1 customer service, I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. We pulled in unannounced with our 2025 model caravan in tow at approximately 930am after travelling from Victoria. We had two issues, DCDC charger not working and our 3000w inverter tripping out on 12v, rendering every power point useless. As we free camped on the way up we didn’t know if it worked on mains power.
